The Local Church
The need is great for training worship teams to better host the presence of the Lord among smaller churches. These churches are often lacking in resources and manpower.
Through years of networking with and training many singers, musicians and intercessors in this region we have witnessed that even the smallest amount of equipping has a compounding effect upon a worship team and upon that local body of believers. (MORE)

SHANE WARBINGTON
WENDY WARBINGTON

From a young age Wendy knew she had a special gift of organization, administration and strategy and she knew God would use those gifts to build his kingdom. Wendy is the wife of Shane and is the mother of their 3 children.
After working as an executive in the insurance industry for many years Wendy launched her own company which quickly and successfully grew until she sold it to pursue other business and ministry ventures.
Wendy has served at the leadership level for a number of ministries, including church plants, houses of prayer and missions ministries.

Wendy directs the administrative arm of IgniteWorship. She is the engine under the hood so to speak. Her ability to take a high and lofty vision and create arms, hands and feet and make it walk is truly a gift we witness daily. A highly skilled strategic thinker with an uncanny capability to develop strategy and produce effective implementation.
The son of a preacher man and grandson to two larger than life pentecostal preachers, Shane was born into a family of ministers. His first few years of existence were spent traveling with his guitar playing, singing evangelist father and accordion playing, singing mother. The youngest of 3 children, Shane grew up leading worship with his family.
Shane has led tens of thousands of worshippers all over the globe, from mainland China, Albania, Bulgaria, Iceland, The UK, Holland, to Colorado, Texas, Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas.
Besides being a gifted worship leader, Shane is also equally gifted as a teacher, coach, mentor. With his strong pastoral gifting he has trained many young to old singers, musicians and worship leaders.
Shane gives directional leadership to IgniteWorship thru development of our musician network, pastoral relations, workshop development as well as giving overall vision for IgniteWorship.
From 2010-2018 Shane served on staff as a worship leader at Fellowship North.
A non denominational body of believers in North Little Rock.
Since 2018 Shane has helped birth a new church called Bethel Little Rock. Shane serves as worship pastor at Bethel Little Rock.
